I had a truly wonderful and easy experience with this rental service, super convenient as a student because it's right around the corner from campus. The staff Mina, was incredibly kind and patient, she was super easy to contact and she even held my unit, which was the last one, for me with her own lock until I could get one. Mina rocks. Highly recommend.
